Due to the project-specific character of viticultural consulting work,
Rich Nagaoka provides free estimates in advance of any new undertaking, typically on a
"fee not to exceed" basis. Actual project billing is done on a
time-and-materials basis, and project costs are often lower than the bid cap. We
invite you to contact the office regarding our fee schedule.
